Briefly describe the technological process of juice production

The main equipment of juice production includes three parts
1. Fruit and vegetable juice is extracted by industrial juicer
2. Degumming + ultrafiltration
3. Concentrate.
The key equipment in juice production is juicing equipment.
To press juice with industrial fruit and vegetable juicer is to push an object (extrusion surface) and squeeze the liquid and gas substances in the mixture composed of solid, liquid and gas substances out of a limited space (extrusion chamber). If the extrusion equipment is reasonable, only the gas and liquid materials can be extruded out of the extrusion chamber, and the solid materials can still be left in the extrusion chamber.
